Typhoon Tino is expected to bring heavy to intense rainfall, strong winds, and potential flash floods and landslides in several parts of Mindanao, including Sultan Kudarat.

The public weather forecast issued at 4:00 PM on November 3 warned of cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms that may threaten life and property.
